Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over RM50 for West Malaysia. All orders under RM50 are charged RM8 for shipping.
Whereas, RM8 for East Malaysia orders above RM50. We absorb that RM8 for you! All order under RM50 for East Malaysia are charged RM16 for shipping.
Besides, we do offer FREE SHIPPING to Singapore for order that above RM200.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Malaysia and Singapore from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur but stay tuned as we continue to expand! If you'd like to be notified when we'll ship to your country, email us or contact us through our live chat.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We promised you to receive your items within 7 days business days! Once you place your oder, it will process within 1 - 3 business day. From there we will ship it out and send you your tracking number once it is out the door. Give your tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then wait patiently for your products!
If you place your order after 10.00am on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the next following week, Monday.
Can I modify my order?
We accept 12 hours notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantitiy, colour, size of shipping address information but no guarantee. Just feel free to contact us. We are available 24/7 at the chat box in the website or you may Contact Us. Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process order immediately.
Changes to orders cannot be made once processed. We will still do our best to get hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
How do I track my package?
After your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within 24-48 hours. Then, you will able to track your parcel from here!
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at email@example.com within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you personally.
Which forms of payment are acceptable?
Kuods Kiddy accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
You can pay by online banking, credit card, and PayPal through Billplz, who is an online payment system that complies with PCI Data Security Standard and the Malaysia Payment System Act.
For Singapore customers, you may pay by using PayPal. However, the final amount will be in MYR currency.

Return your item to us within 30 days of purchase
We want you to be over the moon with your Kiddy items! If you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
It is important that you contact us before returning an item so that we can ensure your return is processed quickly by our team. We cannot accept returns without prior contact by phone or email.
Shipping fees for returning an item will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless the garment is incorrect or faulty.
Items must be returned with the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that store credits are issued as Kudos Kiddy vouchers and are valid for one year. Only items purchased at kudoskiddy.com can be returned to us.
