Return your item to us within 30 days of purchase
We want you to be over the moon with your Kiddy items! If you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
It is important that you contact us before returning an item so that we can ensure your return is processed quickly by our team. We cannot accept returns without prior contact by phone or email.
Shipping fees for returning an item will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless the garment is incorrect or faulty.
Items must be returned with the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that store credits are issued as Kudos Kiddy vouchers and are valid for one year. Only items purchased at kudoskiddy.com can be returned to us.
